The sunny days have come and gone. The paint remover did not work. My walls now how a layer of paint remover stuck on them on top of the original 2 layers of paint that I need removed. This is really frustrating. It seems that because the concrete is not perfectly flat, it’s more like a rough textured surface, that the paint is stuck in all these tiny little pits and for whatever reason will not raise up and come out.
I need to investigate new solutions now…
